We completed multiple bathroom projects in a single family home in Alexandria, VA this past June. The project included two powder rooms, hallway bathroom and a big master bathroom with a free standing tub shower combo. The small bathroom renovations including both powder rooms and hallway bathroom were a pretty standard remodeling job. They needed a face lift and updated modern fixture to bring them up to date. Nothing crazy or complicated there. The master bathroom required a bit more planning and design. The homeowners decided that the custom shower floor will look best with mosaic stone tile. The walls are 3 x 12 inch marble tiles. This was all enclosed with a custom glass shower enclosure and modern rainfall shower head. The bathroom vanity was custom build to fit the 135 degree angle and the quartz countertops were measured and cut to fit as well. The light fixture were pretty standard and readily available at the local hardware store. The medicine cabinets were specially ordered with backlights to them which adds extra ambiance and can be very useful at night. Overall, great job and we were super happy with the result. The flooring is a 12×24 high end porcelain tile. The job took 5 weeks to complete from start to finish.
